The club's purpose is to promote camaraderie between fetish and SM-interested homofle and bifle men, and to care for and support each other in our sexual development as leather gays. The club will be working for human rights that affect our community. Members dress is leather, rubber, uniform or jeans. The club will encourage safe and responsible sex. Racist and Nazi attitudes, utterances and actions are incompatible with membership of the SLM-Oslo. The club is politically independent.
A member may be admitted any man who has turned 18 (eighteen) years and who sympathize with the club's purpose.Membership gives access to all club meetings and access to visiting foreign clubs in agreement with them. New members may be admitted to the approval of the Board. Membership ceases by withdrawal or non-payment of dues. The board may exclude a member for violating the constitution. The decision may be appealed to the club's AGM.
The club is managed by a board of 8 (eight) members, elected at club's AGM. The board consists of chairman, secretary, treasurer, event manager, chief petty, chief, information officer and member responsible. The Board approves the Board statutes with arbeidsspesifsering for the various board members. New board elected at the AGM each year by the end of February. The old board overlaps the new end of February / March in order to ensure continuity. The Board's decisions are valid when at least 5 (five) members are present. In addition, select the General Assembly for 1 (one) year: 2 (two) auditors and a nomination for 3 (three) members. All appointments in the SLM-Oslo is unpaid.
The fee is determined by the General Assembly and the following calendar year. Students, military, unemployed, pensioners and new members after 1 October each year the membership at half price.The club's financial year follows the calendar year, from 1.1 to 31.12. The Board is liable for the club's financial obligations.
The General Assembly is the club's highest authority and is held every year in mid-February. Notice of Annual General Meeting takes place with at least one month's notice (mid December). Issues and proposals for amendments to be proposed at the AGM, the Board must be received no later than 1 December, so that they follow the notice of Annual General Meeting. At the general meeting, members who are unable to attend, authorize in writing to another member. A member can only have 2 (two) powers so that the member can have a maximum of 3 (three) votes. 50% of the board or the members in writingwant it. Changes
Statute requires a decision about this in a meeting with 2 / 3 (two thirds) fertall.
The club may be dissolved if so by written ballot of 2 / 3 (two thirds) fertall decisions are made about this on 2 (two) consecutive general meetings, of which 1 (one) ordinary.
